The department of Behavioral Sciences & Mental Health is a full time department with well-qualified experts dealing with all kinds of mental health issues. The department provides comprehensive care to all those who seek help ranging from minor stress and interpersonal problems to major neurobehavioral / neurocongnitive and psychiatric problems.

The department also provides services to people who are essentially well adjusted and ‘normal’ but have problems in specific areas like work, social or home environment. The department also specializes in treating mental health issues of children, women and those with neurological problems.

The department does an in-depth study of patients’ signs and symptoms conducts a comprehensive assessment with the help of standardized psycho diagnostic tools and later provides treatment with counseling, psychotherapy and medications.
