About Department

Also known as the Department of Child Health, providing Paediatric Speciality Care under one roof.

The Paediatric ward is on the 6th floor of SSH, in a vibrant and colorful ambience with adequate safety measures for children and managed by a team of dedicated and caring staff with a human touch.

The department has Paediatric Specialities covering all major fields of Paediatrics with excellent support from Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Nutrition, Child Guidance Clinic, Interventional Radiology, Immunology and Transfusion Medicine, Metabolic Screening lab and Molecular genetics.

Paediatric Dept. has 25 beds consisting of

  • 7 NICU beds
  • 2 PICU beds
  • 16 beds of general ward, semi pvt. and pvt. rooms all in the same complex to facilitate better management of children by an expert team of Paediatrics.
