We perform about 900-1100 cases per month. Including routine imaging as well as special studies like Spectroscopy, fMRI, CSF Flow Study and MRI guided Stereoscopic Biopsies of the brain.
CT scan (Computed Tomography)
Dual Source & Dual Energy (First in Maharashtra), CT Scan-We perform about 800 cases per month. With about 1000 Coronary Angiographies per month as a package investigation. Multislice options provide diagnoses of Coronary, Brain and other Angiographies to study the venous and arterial blood flow obstructions. It makes imaging faster and decreases the contrast requred.
USG & CD (Ultrasonography & Colour Doppler)
Siemens Sonoline G50, Philips HD 7, GE
It is helpful in diagnosing the diseases involving the solid organs of the body, soft tissues as well as to evaluate the venous and arterial flow. Most commonly used modality in pregnancy for fetal monitoring and complications.
We do 150-180 cases per day.
Radiography
Siemens 300mA with Image Intensifier & CR System (Computerized Radiography).
X-Ray is helpful diagnosing various lung diseases as well as bony and joint evaluation. Various procedures are performed for Gastro intestinal tract and renal system.
We do about 3000 cases per month as routine and package tests. Multi loader CR System - CR Fuji System reduces the radiation dose to the patient and radiographer.
Dexa Scan
It is used to evaluate the mineral density of the bones, which helps to rule out osteoporosis. Whole body mass index for obesity is also evaluated. No preparation is required for this test.
